中文母语的中国卖家用英文跟海外 creator 沟通,经常一句话憋半小时打不出来。我 2021 年开始做这行,慢慢攒了一套10 个固定话术模板,覆盖从首次接触到续约的全流程。这篇直接给你,复制改一下就能用。
话术 1:初次邀请(冷启动)
Hi [Name], I came across your videos on [platform] and I love your style — especially [reference 1 specific video].

Budget: $200-400 depending on scope. We cover the product + international shipping.

要点:具体提到对方某条视频(证明你认真看过)+ 给报价 range + 不催决定。
话术 2:报价砍价
Thanks for the quote. We totally understand your rate, but our budget for this first collaboration is capped at $X.
If you're open to it, we'd love to start with a smaller test project at $X, and if it goes well, we have 5+ more videos planned over the next quarter — we'd be happy to move closer to your standard rate from project 2 onwards.
要点:不否定对方报价,先 acknowledge;用「未来合作量」换当下价格;不要说「太贵」。
话术 3:确认接单 + 启动
Great, we'll move forward at $X. Here's what happens next:
1. We'll send the brief by [date]
2. Once you confirm the brief, we'll ship the product (5-10 days international shipping)
3. You'll have 14 days after receiving the product to deliver the first cut
4. We have up to 2 revision rounds included
5. Final payment after the video is approved

要点:把流程逐条列清楚 + 明确日期 + 明确付款方式。
话术 4:产品发货通知

要点:简短 + 提供 tracking + 要求确认收货。
话术 5:轻提醒(creator 拖延)
Hi [Name], hope you're doing well! Just checking in on the [product] video — any update on the timeline?
No rush, just want to plan our launch schedule accordingly. Let me know if there's anything I can help with.
要点:不指责 / 不施压;给 creator 台阶下;表达「需要协调时间」。
话术 6:初稿改稿意见
Thanks for the first cut! It's looking great overall. A few notes:
1. At 0:08, can we slow down the product reveal? Currently feels rushed.
2. The opening hook is solid, but could we punch up the line "[exact line]" to be more concise?
3. At 0:22, the lighting on the product label is a bit dark — any chance we can re-shoot just that close-up?
Everything else looks fantastic. Let me know what's feasible.
要点:先夸 + 编号意见 + 具体时间戳 + 具体到行为(不是模糊感觉)+ 表达灵活。
话术 7:拒绝过分要求
We totally see where you're coming from. Unfortunately, [the additional revision / extra version / rush turnaround] falls outside our scope and budget for this project.
If it's helpful, we could [offer alternative — e.g., extend timeline / approve as-is / increase budget by $X].

要点:不直接说「no」;给一个 alternative;用问题结尾留对话。
话术 8:终验收 + 尾款
The final video looks amazing — exactly what we were going for. Approved!
Final payment of $X will be sent via [method] within 24 hours. Could you also share the raw footage via Google Drive when you have a moment?
Thanks for the great work. We'd love to keep you in mind for future projects.
要点:具体 compliment + 明确付款时间 + 顺便要原片(合同里写了,但温和提醒)+ 暗示续约。
话术 9:续约邀请
Hi [Name], hope you're well! The video you did for us last [month] performed really well on our [listing / channel] — [share 1 metric if possible, e.g., "completion rate was 68%"].
We have 3-4 more [product type] videos planned for Q3. Would you be interested in being part of it?
Same rate as last time, or open to discussing a package if you're up for committing to all 4.
要点:具体数据反馈(creator 喜欢知道自己作品表现)+ 锁档期 + 用量换价。
话术 10:婉拒未来合作
Hi [Name], thank you for reaching out about future projects. We've enjoyed working with you, but for the next quarter, we're going to focus on [different category / different style of content].
We'll definitely keep your contact for when the right project comes up. Wishing you all the best.
要点:不要 ghost(creator 群体之间会传)+ 给具体理由 + 保持关系不烧桥。
额外:3 个不要做的事
- 不要用「Dear Sir/Madam」开头 — 显得很 formal 也很机械。直接「Hi [Name]」
- 不要用 "ASAP" — 在跨境合作里被认为不专业
- 不要在邮件 / 消息里用「we are a Chinese company」 — 完全不需要,creator 不在乎你国籍,关注的是合作条款

给中国卖家的最后建议
